This site is for folks who are planning to move to Central Florida, to help you get to know some of my favorite areas. It’s also a great resource for people who have been living here and now are in need of real estate services.

In various stages of our lives our needs change and moving just makes sense. Often I see people who’ve had a baby and now need more space. Or couples who got married and want to merge households in a brand new place they can call their own. If you’ve been renting for a while, now is a great time to purchase real estate. Property values are slowly creeping back up, so buying now while prices are still relatively low is a good move. Central Florida is truly a wonderful place to live. This month I’ll be featuring some of my favorite parts of Maitland, the town I reside in. It’s a town with great history, a thriving art community, and cool restaurants to visit. It’s right next to popular Winter Park, minutes away from the Altamonte Springs Mall, about an hour from the beach, and less than an hour away from downtown Orlando and Kissimmee’s tourist attractions.
